Before founding C&L Custom Homes, we partnered with Ameritive Construction LLC as an investment and construction partner, fully participating in the development and execution of three custom single-family home projects in Bellevue. Each project was completed within an average construction timeline of 10–12 months and successfully sold, demonstrating strong project management, efficient execution, and market-aligned design.
